How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your rate depends on transaction volume and complexity. We review your situation and give you a flat monthly quote before any work begins.
My books are months or years behind. Can you fix them?
Yes. Catch-up work is one of our core services. We'll look at how far back things need to go and give you a project-based price to get everything current and accurate. Once we're caught up, we move into regular monthly bookkeeping.
Is there a contract?
No. We work month to month. You can cancel at any time if the arrangement no longer works for you.
How do I send you documents?
We use a secure portal for document uploads. It takes a few minutes to set up and we walk you through it during onboarding.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not required. Most of our work happens remotely. If you're in the Pearland or Houston area and prefer to meet face to face, we can arrange that too.
What software do you work with?
We work primarily in QuickBooks Online and are certified ProAdvisors. For payroll, we set up and support Gusto. For medical practices, we also work with Epic on the revenue cycle and accounts receivable side. If you're using something else, let us know and we'll figure out the best path forward.
What do I need to do each month?
Very little. Connect your bank and credit card feeds and upload any receipts we can't pull automatically. Most clients spend less than 15 minutes a month on their end. We handle everything else.
Do you handle payroll?
We offer payroll system setup and training through platforms like Gusto. We configure your system, walk you through how to run payroll, and provide ongoing monthly support if you need it.
Do you file taxes?
Yes. We prepare and file both business and personal tax returns, including all required schedules. We also handle sales tax filings and 1099 preparation for contractors and vendors.
Can you help if I'm being audited?
Yes. We provide tax audit support including document preparation, response drafting, and guidance through the entire process. We also offer proactive IRS notice monitoring so potential issues can be caught early.
How quickly do you respond?

How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days of our first conversation. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move right into monthly service.
